Modern Communication seem to be the spreader of genuine news
An individual with a problem was very limited in what he could do. He could rant in a corner, post a sign , or write a news letter. In today’s world if an individual has a legitimate argument with the tool we have, it could be made a global phenomenon.
He could use the linking machine of people who care enough to spread the world and news tools such as RSS, which can largely spread what they right.
Intel- Even before the Internet became big. In 1994, online world was making companies pay attention. Usnet the system of internet discussion groups, helped teach intel a lesson. Intel who makes most of the processors that are the central brains of personal computers Usnet had news about a patium bug, which intel had to replace at a great expanse.
You cannot ignore the media. The want nothing but perfection and if they are getting something less they will let the world know.

In 2004 Pepsi had a free song promotion. Buyers of Pepsi could look under the bottle cap and about one out of three will win a free song download for apple Itunes. Some one noticed a flaw in the way the bottle were designed. A person discovered how to tilt an unopened bottle to fin out whether the bottle contained the code for the song. A long time ago this information who have stayed within a community but with the age of the Internet, the information was instantly available to any one with internet connection and Pepsi could not do any thing about it

What are other negative side to the way our society is moving.
Sars epidemic that began in China, the government which was accustomed to controlling the news did not allow the medical community to tell any one what was happening. The news then began to leak SMS, text messaging through mobile phones This lead to some news coverage earlier then it might have happened.
Change in technology has changed how widespread the news can be.
Camera Phones and other carry-everywhere photographic and video devices give people powerful tools to prevent crimes, As cnn reported in 2003 a fifteen year old boy snapped a camera phone pictured of a would be abductors helping the police find the man.

In September 2002, Microsoft posted a semi bogus web pages adverstiment f featuring a young lady who supposedly switched from a mac to a PC. It was a response to Apple’s Switch from a PC to a Mac campaign. A commenter from a site discovered and reported that the picture of this supposed freelancer lady was from a Gettty Images archive. The associate presses the sweep up the story. A Microsoft Pr said it was a mistake and it was taken down.

Tobacco Companies also felt the weight of web based documentation in the mid 1990’s when the University of California, San Francisco created the Tobacco control Archive, documents which antismoking forces have found valuable in their war against the industry University of California said that they solved several problems by posting the material on the web. Which got the material to people who wanted it while saving time for university personnel. The powere of the news medium became clear, when antismoking forces elsewhere started using the material in their own campaigns.
Do you think that preserving old fashion privacy is impossible because modern technology will overwhelm us with its powers and collection of vast amounts of data.
What industry is traditionally the least transparent? The answer is journalism it has been a black box and has become only slightly more transparent over the years. Now the public is demanding more transparency and it doing some reporting of its own when we fail to respond in satisfying ways.
